Materials are required for the upcoming Gala on April 2 - 4th, 2013 and future ADC publications.
Your work will also be showcased in the ADC Online Archive.

Festival Materials:
- Please upload a 45-second to 1-minute video (640 x 480 QuickTime H.264 compression) detailing the project. If your video is over the 1-minute requirement, then a JPEG will be shown for your work instead of a video. This video should visually exhibit all components of the project, and must also describe target audience, strategy, execution and objective. An on-screen or voiceover narration is recommended. Be creative, as well as comprehensive.
Digital Uploads:
- Upload up to 10 images. Required specs: 8.5 x 11”/A-4 images at 300dpi (approximately 2500 x 3300 pixels), CMYK or RGB, encoded as high-quality JPG or PNG.
A selection of the images you provide will be used at the Festival and in future ADC publications
BROADCAST / ADVERTISING / MOTION
- Please upload a 45-second to 1-minute edited version of your spot (640 x 480 QuickTime H.264 compression) detailing the project.
- Upload up to 4 images max for single entries (or 4 for each spot in a campaign entry - 12 images max). Required specs: 8.5 x 11”/A-4 images at 300dpi (approximately 2500 x 3300 pixels), CMYK or RGB, encoded as high-quality JPG or PNG.
- If applicable, please upload scripts as an abridged Word document (maximum 150 words per script) in the traditional 2-column script format, with copy in the left column and dialogue in the right. If you have a campaign, include all scripts in one Word document. Go to the "Upload Digital Files" page to upload your script.
DESIGN / PHOTOGRAPHY / ILLUSTRATION
Festival Materials:
- Campaign entries: Upload 1 image for each piece - max. 5 images total.
- Single entries consisting of one page (i.e. poster, postcard, book jacket): Upload 1 image.
- Entries consisting of multiple pages (i.e., books, full magazine issues, brochures, etc.): Upload up to 6 images per piece. If applicable, upload 1 image of cover/outside, and 5 additional images of inside pages/spreads.
- Corporate and Promotional Design: Upload 1 image/photograph of the entire set.
- Package / Product Design: Upload 1 image of each piece or 1 image/photograph of the entire series
- Environmental Design: Upload up to 10 images per entry, showing different viewpoints and angles. OR you may submit a 45-second to 1-minute video (640 x 480 QuickTime H.264 compression). This video should visually exhibit all components of the project, and must also describe target audience, strategy, execution and objective. An on-screen or voiceover narration is recommended.
