Kirk is Brand Director for the University of Santa Monica, a university offering master's programs in Spiritual Psychology, of which Kirk is a graduate. Prior to joining USM, Kirk was Partner ECD of GMMB, the world's foremost cause and advocacy communications agency, and a lead agency for Obama For America. Before GMMB, Kirk was President ECD of Hal Riney in San Francisco, which had followed his tenure as Co-Founder and Creative Partner of Ground Zero in Los Angeles. "Art & Copy", a film about creativity that Kirk co-concepted and co-executive produced, was one of fifteen documentaries selected as a finalist in Sundance 2009.
