Scott brings blue-chip brand experience and an eye for bold creative work to our clients. His hallmarks are simple, vibrant concepts based on honest strategy. A consummate team player, Scott enjoys encouraging SandersWingo talent in all departments. An art direction graduate of the Portfolio Center, Scott worked at Earle Palmer Brown in Atlanta and Bethesda, Maryland before joining GSD&M in 1992, where he quickly became vice-president/creative director. He joined SandersWingo as ECD in 2002.
Scott’s work has been showcased in the Austin Addys, the Dallas Tops Awards, District Addys, the PRINT Regional Design Annual, The One Show and the Communication Arts Advertising Annual. His portfolio includes work for Pennzoil, AT&T, Shell Oil, Lennox Industries, Chili’s Grill and Bar, Fannie Mae, Southwest Airlines, Wal-Mart, YMCA and Goodwill Industries.
Scott is a guest lecturer on advertising creative at the University of Texas at Austin. He also serves on the board of directors for the Austin Advertising Federation and the Peace Council. Scott lives in Austin with his wife, Kathryn, and their daughter, Amelia.
