ELIGIBILITY

Please note: The dates of eligibility have changed slightly from the printed 88th Call for Entries, in order to reflect and encompass spots/ads relating to Super Bowl Sunday.
PROFESSIONALS
All entries, excluding those in the Playground and ADC Design Sphere categories, must have been printed, published, aired, or broadcast live online for the first time between February 5, 2008 and February 1, 2009, in any country. Entries may be submitted by any company or individual involved in the creation or production of the work.
*Note: A winning entry is not guaranteed in every category.
STUDENTS
Students currently enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs in advertising, graphic design, photography, illustration, and new media are eligible for the competition, and are invited to submit published or unpublished work in any category except the Playground category.
Student work will be judged separately but by the same criteria and juries as professional work. All student winners will be included in the Art Directors Annual 88. Higher award winners (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) will be included in the New York and traveling exhibitions and in related advertising and promotional materials.
CORBIS CREATIVITY FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE AWARD ELIGIBILITY
PROFESSIONALS
Eligible: Professional work performed on a pro bono basis for a non-profit organization to benefit those in need. To submit work for the Corbis Award simply enter any project created for a non-profit organization on a pro bono basis in any public service/non-profit/education category. Categories are noted online as Corbis Award. You must check the box marked "Check here if work was performed on a pro bono basis for a non-profit organization" to enter this category. All entries must have been printed, published, aired, or live online for the first time between February 5, 2008 and February 1, 2009, in any country. Entries may be submitted by any company or individual involved in the creation or production of the work.
STUDENTS
Students who are undergraduates or MFA candidates and reside or attend school anywhere in the world are eligible for the competition, and are invited to submit unpublished work in any category, except Playground. Student work is eligible for the Corbis Creativity for Social Justice Scholarship if it was created within the confines of an accredited academic program for an existing non-profit organization. Approval by the existing non-profit organization is not necessary. To submit work for the Corbis Award simply enter any project created for a non-profit organization in any public service/non-profit/education category. Categories are noted online as Corbis Award. You must check the box marked "Check here if work was performed on a pro bono basis for a non-profit organization" to enter this category.
